SARAH In her late 20s, Sarah discovered Ashtanga yoga and fell in love with the group energy of big yoga classes and the structure the practice provided. However, without proper mentorship she wound up injuring her lower back. Through this experience, Sarah learned to balance her fitness loves and her physical vulnerabilities. With extensive training in Pilates, Ashtanga yoga, personal training, Lagree method, and nutrition, Sarah's approach addresses a wide variety of postural and functional issues, while cultivating greater body awareness. For the last 18 years she has helped hundreds of clients increase flexibility, build strength, rehabilitate injury, and improve overall function. She’s passionate about honoring how our bodies move naturally, while offering an invitation to extend awareness to all aspects of life, from nutrition and daily routine, to mindfulness and how we breathe.
CATIE Catie has combined her background as a competitive endurance athlete with strength and mobility training to form a balanced and sustainable fitness practice. She has always been an athlete—focused, consistent, and competitive. In her late 20’s, Catie took a long break from training while going through IVF, three pregnancies, and a rare reproductive cancer diagnosis. These experiences profoundly changed how she prioritized her health and inspired her to help others build lasting physical and mental well-being. Don’t think she’s lost her competitive spirit though, she’s still committed to running faster, improving her FTP, mastering difficult yoga poses, and training today so her body and mind are primed for tomorrow.
